Rip
Tide is a small horse and stands about 14.1/14.2. He is the first foal out of
QT Boggie Step and with most first foals he is small. He will, however,
sire taller foals as he has the genetics of his sire at 15.1. Rip is homozygous for the black gene and homozygous for the tobiano gene
and carries the dilute Dun gene. He will never sire a sorrel or chestnut
foal. He will sire Black, Bay, Brown, Dun (with black points)
and Grulla Paint foals only. When bred to a palomino mare he can also
produce Buckskin, but he will not produce a cremello or palomino because
