The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of Sunny Springs Farm web sites collectively called the  ("Site"). By visiting our sites, you  agree to abide by these Terms and and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Sites.  Sunny Springs Farm reserve the right to change these Terms at any time--check this page for changes or updates. 

Authorized Site Usage. You are authorized to  view and to retain a copy of the site pages  and pictures for your own personal use and you shall not,  publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on the Site for any purpose other than to review for information.  We encourage you to bookmark our pages for future reference. You also agree not to link to any of the Sunny Springs Farm sites without specific written or electronic authorization by Sunny Springs Farm.  The content and software on the Site is the property of  Sunny Springs Farm and/or its affiliates, partners, 2nd/ third party vendors, and/or suppliers, which are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. We ask that minors do not participate in any surveys, enter into a purchase agreement or build links to our sites.  

User Interaction with the "Site". There are many opportunities for you to interact with the Site. These include, search pages, viewing pedigrees, sending emails, following links to various suppliers,  or breeders. Sunny Springs Farm is not liable or responsible for any content provided by search engine results,  it's suppliers, other breeders and/or vendors. The content, quality of products, or services offered by other contributors do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of Sunny Springs Farm.

Third Party Links and Products and Services of links to web sites and/or 2nd and third party, supplies and/or vendors. Sunny Springs Farm sites contain links to other sites which offer products and services. Sunny Springs Farm makes no warranties, expressed or implied as to the quality of products or services offered through links to breeders or  vendors. Sunny Springs Farm  has no control over generated search results or the content within them.  Sunny Springs Farm cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained on linked sites or page references  is accurate  and/or non-offensive. Sunny Springs Farm does not endorse any  content resulting from search engines or links. Sunny Springs Farm makes no  warranties, expressed or implied that any second or third party site does not or will not contain viruses or otherwise corrupt your computer. Search engines, 2nd party and third party links from the site is provided for your convenience.
